Feature and Follow is a blog hop hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read. The purpose is to meet new people and gain more followers in the book blogging community. If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers. But you have to know, the point of this hop is to follow other blogs also. I follow you, you follow me.
The general rules are:
- Follow the Feature and Follow Hosts (Parajunkee and Alison Can Read)
- Follow the Featured Bloggers
- Put your Blog name and URL in the Linky thing. You can also grab the code if you would like to insert it into your posts.
-Grab the button up there and place it in a post. This post is for people to say hi and that they are now following you in your comments.
-Follow, Follow, Follow as many as you can. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Don't just follow, comment and say hi in the post! Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don't say 'hi'
-If someone comments and says they are following you, please follow back!
This Weeks Question:
What do you do with your books after you're done reading them?
I always keep them (unless I really, really didn't like it). Sometimes I give them to my mom or sister to borrow, if it's something I think they will like. But mostly they go back on my shelves (: Sometimes I reread books, but lately I've had so many new ones that I've wanted to read that this hasn't happened.
I always keep mine too, but I'm not as generous with lending them out, haha!

Amanda @ i solemnly swear
Haha I always write down who has what book in case it takes them a while to get it back... or if either of us forget! Nerdy, but I love my books (: Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteHopping through. I'm lucky that my parents and husband like many of the same books as me, so I often share my books with them.
ReplyDeleteMy Hop
I keep my books too. I really like to reread them or read my favorite parts. :)

My FF: http://readingismytreasure.blogspot.com/2013/07/feature-and-follow-5.html
I really need to start remembering my favorite parts so I can go back and read them too! That's usually why I reread them anyways - for certain parts! good idea (: Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI know that feeling! I have a lot of series I need to reread for the new books, but I have so many other new books...oh the hard life of a book blogger ;) new bloglovin' follower
ReplyDeleteCheck out my FF here, as well as my second blogaversary giveaway!
Sometimes its nice to reread the first in the series, or the book prior to the new one that came out to refresh your memory. I try to do this, but it doesn't always happen! Thanks for stopping by (:
DeleteI do the same thing - I just can't bring myself to get rid of them unless they're really bad.
ReplyDeleteI'm a new follower via GFC, Facebook, Twitter, Goodreads and Bloglovin'.

Thanks for stopping by! Glad I'm not the only crazy one who needs to keep all my books, even if they aren't my favorite!! (:

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by! (:
DeleteHello! I cyber-stumbled across your blog on the Hop.After I'm done reading books, they usually go on my overflowing shelving unit! I have a hard time getting rid of them, because I feel like no one can love them like I (haha), but when I'm able to I like to donate to the schools and library.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of donating to schools and libraries. I should pick some books to do that with! I usually donate them to Goodwill or my local book store, but I'd like to donate them to people who don't have the money to buy them. Thanks for stopping by :)
