Stacking the Shelves 7.26.15

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga @ Tynga's Reviews. Its all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, whether physical or virtual books. This means you can include books you buy in physical stores or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts, and of course, ebooks! Tynga posts this meme on Saturdays, but you can post on any day that works best for you! Check out the guidelines by visiting Tynga's blog!

It was my birthday last week and my family knows me all too well! Got a gift card to Barnes and Noble and it was burning a hole in my pocket; I couldn't wait to get out and spend it (: These are the wonderful purchases I made with that gift card!

I cannot wait to read this! I've heard such great things about it and the synopsis sounds so good! I have a feeling this is going to be a book that I can't put down.

I've been wanting to read this for quite a while. When I first read Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell, I fell in love with her writing. Then I heard about this one and it just sounds so cute. I kind of started it last night, but was so tired that I only got about 5 pages into it (:

Ever since reading Big Little Lies, I've been searching for all Liane Moriarty's books. I own The Husband's Secret (haven't read it yet), and found this one at the store. She's easily going to become one of my favorite authors!

  1. OOh nice! I think I heard of that one by Rainbow! I haven't read any of her books since they tend to be more contemp. But I have heard amazing things from my contemp reader friends!! Hope you enjoy it once you pick it up again! I've had that happen too, where you're determined to read and then tiredness suddenly springs up on you and you fall asleep. So not fun! LOL!

    Happy Reading!

    1. Lol no, it's not fun at all! I always want to read so much, and then I lay down and get really comfy and fall asleep! It was definitely a good book, I just recently finished it! Thanks for stopping by!

  2. I have mixed feelings when it comes to Rainbow Rowell, they are good books but tend to be overhyped so I have huge expectations for them. Hope you enjoy your books:)

    1. I would agree. I really liked Fangirl, and I would maybe read it again, but I always have such high expectations because of how hyped they are. Thanks for stopping by! (:
