Feature and Follow Friday! 2.28.14

Feature and Follow is a blog hop hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read. The purpose is to meet new people and gain more followers in the book blogging community. If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers. But you have to know, the point of this hop is to follow other blogs also. I follow you, you follow me.

The general rules are:
- Follow the Feature and Follow Hosts (Parajunkee and Alison Can Read)
- Follow the Featured Bloggers
- Put your Blog name and URL in the Linky thing. You can also grab the code if you would like to insert it into your posts.
-Grab the button up there and place it in a post. This post is for people to say hi and that they are now following you in your comments.
-Follow, Follow, Follow as many as you can. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Don't just follow, comment and say hi in the post! Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don't say 'hi'
-If someone comments and says they are following you, please follow back!

This weeks question: Change the plot. If you could, what book would you change the ending or a plot thread?

I can't really think of any book that I want to change the ending. Sometimes I get upset or thrown off about an ending, like in Gone Girl, but at the same time, that's what makes the book so good and interesting! The first book that popped into my mind, though, was My Sister's Keeper. I wish the ending were different, but for those of you who haven't read it, I won't spoil the ending (: But again, endings, whether we like them or not, are often what make the books so good! So, to wrap up, there aren't really any books I would want to change the ending too!

What about you? What books would you like to change if you could?

  1. I just thought the ending of My Sister's Keeper was unnecessary. But, who am I to judge? I don't rewrite endings either. I may not like the ending, but I certainly can't do better.

    1. Yea, I usually am, too. I may think that an ending should have been different, but they always seem to go well with the rest of the book so that I don't mind too much

  3. Yeah this was a challenging one! I actually saw another blogger earlier who chose to tweak this one as well!

    Thanks for visiting my blog!

  5. I have not read My sister's keeper. Though I've heard good/bad things about it. I generally don't like to change books as much as I may dislike them too. Usually by the end i kind of agree with the author's choices

    1. Yes, I'm that way too. I usually agree with how the author ended it, even if I wish it would have been different :)
